Fall Harvest is a parents' night out, BYOB fundraiser for CCNS! Enjoy mingling with fellow parents while indulging in tasty chili, soups and desserts. This will be a fun evening featuring an auction with a variety of exciting items to bid on. You don't want to miss this popular CCNS tradition!

Tickets are $25 per couple / $13 Individual
*Tickets are non refundable. This event is for CCNS parents, family, and friends only(21+ only). Please arrange childcare for the evening. Limited onsite childcare is available to purchase below. If you are unable to attend the event, but would still like to participate in the fundraiser please consider a making a donation.
Enter the Chili and Soup Cook-off & Dessert Bake-Off
Sign up here to bring an item to share with the fellow parents. Special CCNS Prizes and fun Bunch certificates will be awarded to the winners! Please bring your chili/soup item in an electric pot so it may be kept warm. Include a serving utensil such as a ladle or tongs. Don't forget to label your item with the name of the recipe, but keep your name anonymous. As a courtesy, please list any potential allergens your recipe may contain.
There are 10 spaces available for chili,10 for soups, 10 for desserts. Please, no duplicate recipe entries. Be sure to indicate if your recipe is vegan or gluten free.
Sign up for Onsite Childcare- (ALL SPACES ARE FULL)
Cost is $25 per child (ages 2-7 only). There are a very limited number of spaces available. Drop off begins at 6:45pm. Pick up is 9:30pm. This is a pajama party for the kids! Please dress your little(s) in pj's. They will play, eat pizza, then get cozy and watch a movie together. Please note- the care providers will NOT be CCNS staff. If your child needs time to adjust to a new childcare provider please consider securing childcare at your home for the evening.
Participate in the Online Auction
This year, the auction is all online via the website & app givebutter. You will be able to view and bid on auction items beginning Friday, November 1st. The auction closes at 9pm on Friday, Nov. 8th. Share the givebutter link with all of your family, neighbors, and friends- they are welcome to bid too! Winners do not need to be present at event. Please note CCNS is unable to handle any shipping requests. Winners may pick up their items during CCNS business hours.
