Welcome

Welcome to Community Cooperative Nature School (CCNS). We are a parent cooperative preschool located in Salt Lake City that has provided a unique opportunity for parents to be regularly involved in their child’s preschool experience since our inception in 1962. Our program’s foundation is based on research that shows young children learn best by exploring the world around them through play. Check out our Wasatch Wanderers preschool program that allows children to learn through the discovery of the natural world.

We LOVE Fresh Air!

Our classrooms are getting virus-killing HVAC air scrubbers installed this Summer. We will also be adding garden time with two new garden boxes! We’ll be outside as much as possible when the weather is good, including for circle time and snack!
