ALL parents who will be Co-Oping are required to be background checked. Please submit the following information and our Director will reach out with further instructions.

NOTE: if you are a returning CCNS family and have completed a background check with us in the past, you do not need to re-submit. See our handbook for exceptions (Notification to Board of Conviction of Crimes, page 17 of parent handbook).
